This app is the tool Wembley Fraggle wish we had. It's a kind of Russian game with access to multiple themed roulettes. Each of them answers a question. Access one and spin the wheel to get an answer. When you're indecisive, this app will help you make decisions in a wacky (and kinda absurd) way.
