Nickelodeon offers us an alternative football game for the youngest, specially designed for children between the ages of six and twelve. Our mission in this crazy sports game will be to win matches, score goals and defend our goal. But not in the usual sense of the genre.

Nickelodeon Soccer Champion is a retro styled game with pixelated characters and scenarios and a very cute design. To play, we'll have to choose a tournament and a character (but only SpongeBob, Lincoln and Kid Danger are available at the start).

You play to win

When the game starts we don't see the game developing but a static screen from which we can follow the position of the ball. When the opponent reaches our gate, we can only press one button to defend ourselves. The result is random.

It's different when our "team" reaches the opponent's goal. At the moment of the attack, we see our player on the pitch in a frame that looks more like a running track. We must move our character sideways to bypass the defenses. In addition, we can also tap the screen to make the player run more.

If we successfully get rid of the defenders, we will reach the gate. At this point we need to adjust the angle of our shot on goal. Sometimes there are objects in the gate. Therefore, we must optimize our shot to avoid the goalkeeper and collect the items.

There are over 30 characters to choose from including Dora, Korra or Lincoln Loud. In addition, we can also play in five different scenarios that are from our favorite animated series. If you like series on Nickelodeon and football and retro games, this game can't be missing on your Android.
