StopotS is a word game similar to Scattergories, very popular in Brazil, in which you can exercise your mind by thinking of a word based on its first letter.

If you like wordplay (and know some Portuguese) you'll love StopotS, because it's a classic among classics. This is a version of the classic Scattergories, also called Adedanha or Adedonha in Brazil, with which you can have hours of fun making up words and improving your thinking speed.

how to play

As you probably know, it's a game in which the player has to think up words related to a certain letter of the alphabet and various topics. This version is online so you can play against other users around the world. Here are the steps you need to follow in each round:

1. Step 1: The game chooses a random letter of the alphabet and introduces the themes (animals, names, celebrities, fictional characters, brands, cars, household appliances, etc.).
2. Step 2: Players fill in the boxes with the words that come to mind.
3. Step 3: Whoever fills in all the gaps first stops the time.
4. Step 4: Players confirm or reject each other's answers.
5. Step 5: Then the points for the round are counted: 0 points for an invalid answer, 5 points for a repeated answer and 10 points for each unique answer.
6. Step 6: Whoever has the most points naturally wins the round.
