CoC2 takes the player into a fantastic world where he can acquire and develop any identity he likes. Populated by all sorts of monstrous and demonic creatures, it sets the stage for a storyline in which perversion and eroticism are the order of the day. In addition, it contains elements of classic RPGs that allow you to acquire new skills and powers as you progress through the story.

To play the game you start by configuring the character you will be managing. You can choose between the different creatures that appear in the story, with a variety of abilities and physical characteristics to choose from. Then the story begins, which develops according to the different answers and situations chosen, according to the player's wishes.

The user interface is kept simple, without animations. The static images and above all the dense blocks of text provide the crucial information about the course of the plot.
