Maybe that's why idle or automatic games are on the rise these days. Crush Them All is one of those idle games, and while the task isn't exactly proactive, the experience is extremely addictive. It works like this.

Save the princess

One fine day, the innocent Luke is strolling with the princess through the outskirts of the castle. The young lad remembers how his father used to warn him about the dangers of leaving the royal lands, when suddenly a giant monster kidnaps the girl. Luke leaves no stone unturned and immediately sets out to rescue her. And so the action begins. You must gather the best heroes to help Luke on his dangerous mission.

The battles in this gameplay just happen by themselves. The only thing you can do to actively help your characters is to use their special powers. From then on, your mission is purely strategic. Get resources and equipment, construct buildings, use boosters, recruit new characters and manage your earnings wisely to keep progressing.

You'll be able to explore more than 1000 screens, get powerful artifacts and collect a whole bunch of heroes that you need to level up. Meanwhile, when you're not playing, your characters will continue fighting enemies and get gold, which you can then spend when you come back to the game.

The graphics are very nice and most of the characters and animals are really cute. There's also a very cool soundtrack and a bunch of incentives that spin the adventure - like guilds, artifact creation, and an infinite number of little details that will keep you glued for quite a while.
