The Dragon Nar studio presents us with this fighting and action game that has the potential to be known as a game made by freaks for freaks. Here we find a large number of old acquaintances from manga and anime ready to slap all over the place. Assemble your team of warriors, ninjas and samurai and brace yourself for punches.

Battle with (and against) your favorite manganese characters

Ninja Return: Ultimate Skill is an excellent fighting game with an attractive pixel-art aesthetic and different game modes. At the beginning we can choose whether we want to play with a team of warriors or alone, either in arcade mode or against the computer.

The list of characters is simply impressive. We can choose from a large amount of characters from the Naruto and Bleach series, and there are even some from Rurouni Kenshin. Also, we can choose another character to help us in battle.

Each character has their signature attacks, perfectly animated and executed with excellent fluidity of movement. While playing we can activate the different skills using the six touch buttons that appear on the right side of the screen. With the cross bar in the lower left corner we can move around.

This game also includes the characters' voices, different scenarios with different action levels and a cool soundtrack with oriental influences. The graphics are also wonderfully reminiscent of the classics that take us back to the era of fighting games for consoles with 16-bit processors in 2D.

It's without a doubt an exceptional and very fun game that will delight all fans of the manganese. If one had to find a "but" then the system menu isn't fully tactile and we have to press the directional arrows in the traditional style, and that can be less intuitive during the first games.
