Finding a house is not easy. This app simplifies the task a bit by offering us digital real estate services powered by the latest technologies that will help us find the ideal home.

Real estate search via your own mobile phone

Redfin is the official app of the real estate agent of the same name. If you download the APK file, you can search any type of house, apartment, chalet or land nearby in a property list that is updated every five minutes.

The platform offers us the objects sorted by area on the map. Once you have selected the search area, you can see the prices of each house or lot. If you touch one of them, more details are displayed and you can access the corresponding file.

In the file we can find photos and information about the house, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, size, construction area... But the really interesting thing is that we can ask questions about the house and arrange a viewing directly from the app (in person or via video call).

On the other hand, this tool can also be used to calculate mortgages, search for houses near schools, find information about the real estate market and even do virtual tours, among other possibilities. However, the service is currently only available in the United States.
