In order to cook you have to interact with the different elements of the kitchen (mainly ingredients and appliances). For example, if you touch a donut, it goes straight into the fryer. Once it's cooked you have to touch it again to put it on the plate and serve it to the customers.

As you progress through the game, you can reinvest your winnings into buying more equipment, more ingredients, and improving your recipes. This way you will become faster and earn more money. Besides, you can also buy power-ups so you can use them in the most difficult levels.
