Miriam is a fantastic platform, action, and puzzle game in which players immerse themselves in a dark world inhabited by a girl who cannot be in the light.

A spooky action game and platformer

The Tengle.Games studio offers us a dreamy platformer, adventure and puzzle game that's obviously inspired by the video game Limbo. The interesting thing about this game is that it's free. Our mission is to control a desolate and lonely girl who cannot see any light.

Escape the lucid dreams

Most of the black and white games that we can find on Android offer us scary and even disturbing experiences. Miriam is no exception.

We're faced with a minimalist game here, since it doesn't contain any dialogues or a soundtrack. The controls (left, right, jump, and action) are barely highlighted, and the image is slightly blurred, as if straight out of an old movie.

In the game we will control a girl (or actually her shadow) in a sinister and dark world designed in 2D. Our task is to find the key to escape from each level. However, we must always prevent the light from touching the girl. For this we have to solve puzzles and jump on platforms.

If at any point the light touches us, we have to go back to the beginning, which can be a setback for less experienced players. Also, the protagonist's movements aren't too fluid, causing us to accidentally collide with the rays of light.

It's a very original and refreshing game that will make our hair stand on end more than once. In addition, it is free. We just have to download the APK file to our Android.
