Now the developers are once again taking a radical turn in their catalogue, presenting us with a dark zombie game whose approach is probably quite well known.

Doomsday: Last Survivors is a game of survival, zombies and strategic battles, with tower defense touches and real-time multiplayer functions, in which we'll have to face the undead that roam the world and spread chaos. As the leader of a group of survivors, we must help them build a shelter and protect them from the zombies... and from the rival factions.

So our tasks will be varied. However, much of the gameplay relies on exploration and strategic combat. An interesting detail is that our characters fight automatically during battles, although the player can intervene to use special abilities.

Overall, the game is well-crafted and has a story that captivates from the moment you open it. And it also promises to scare the shit out of us. However, it is not a particularly new title, because the allusions to other video games (such as The Last of Us or Lollipop Chainsaw) are more than obvious.
