Who said you have to throw the ball with your hands to play basketball? At least in this new game from Netflix we don't have to do that since we have at our disposal a toy gun with darts.

A different way to play basketball

Netflix offers us another original and refreshing game idea with Shooting Hoops. This is a special game that is a mix between a basketball simulator and a shooter game. Our task is to throw the ball into the basket by shooting it with a toy gun.

If we download the APK file, two very different game modes await us.

In the explosion mode, a gun with darts is built into the ball. To make a basket you have to tap the screen when the gun is pointing to the spot where you want to shoot. But you have to keep in mind that the ball is thrown in the opposite direction.

In Target mode, on the other hand, you shoot like an FPS, putting the ball in the basket with one clean shot. Of course, in both game modes we have a limited number of shots. We can also set the timer and difficulty level.

All of this is complemented by simple and beautiful 2D graphics in pastel tones, a smooth soundtrack and countless balls to unlock. And as usual with Netflix games, the game is completely free and doesn't contain any ads or in-app purchases... However, it's only available to subscribers of the service.
