Nitrome Studio offers us one of those gritty games that won't leave anyone indifferent. On this occasion we dive into an exotic bird sanctuary inhabited by some of the most hostile animals.

Jump, crouch and dodge

Cooped Up is an arcade game with beautiful graphics in 2D pixel art style, characterized by its short and dynamic games. The action takes place in a bird sanctuary where the older birds have gone mad after being caged for so long. Our task is to help a newly arrived green bird to survive.

The playing technique is simple and accessible. To play, all you have to do is slide your finger down to choose a trajectory and slingshot the bird to the nearest branch.

The goal is to climb as many branches as possible, eating bugs on the way up. This will be very difficult because the other birds keep trying to attack us. Also, we can't stay on one branch for too long either, because they're also chasing us from the bottom of the screen.

The result is a crazy game full of humor and fast-paced action that is not recommended for players suffering from anxiety. Still, it's worth downloading the APK file to enjoy the graphics and music.
