APK Inspector is an application with which you can view all the data related to the applications you have installed on your smartphone or tablet, from usage data to the permissions used. That way, you can decide based on more information whether you're interested in keeping an app installed or not.

These are the main data that the application offers:

• Purpose of use of the application, including the time of day it was used.
• Version number and name.
• Time of first installation or last update.
• Developers' digital signatures.
• Operating system permissions they have accessed (useful to know if they can record calls or access the device's camera).

Cloning and extracting APKs

But perhaps the most interesting feature of the app is its ability to clone and extract APKs. It's enough to go to one of the installed applications and click on the button to exchange applications: the package will be extracted and can be sent by email or to chat applications of the likes of WhatsApp, or to online storage systems of the likes of Google Drive or Dropbox get saved.
