It's about holding online meetings, calls, and chats, sharing content quickly and fluidly, and engaging with other teammates. For this reason, it was developed not only in APK format for Android but also for other systems such as iOS, Windows and macOS.

• Video Conferencing: Start a chat with a simple tap of the screen. Up to 8 participants can participate when launched on a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet, with excellent image and sound quality.
• Chat: Chat with your coworkers and co-workers with detailed reports on the status of your messages so you know when your messages have been read. Synced across all your devices.
• Chat Rooms: Create group conversations where everyone on your team can discuss your projects. Share files, mention users, search conversation history...
• Smart Interface: Display your status with a color code to say if you're available or busy, or stay hidden if you don't want anyone to know you're online.

As already mentioned, Chime doesn't want to be an alternative to the informal communication platforms of the likes of WhatsApp or LINE, but aims at other apps of the likes of Slack, which is present in many companies thanks to its functions that increase our productivity at work. If Chime is going to beat her, it'll have to give it all it's got.
