The German car rental company SIXT makes the leap to smartphones with its official application in order to help offer car rental, cabs and carsharing.

The famous car rental company is converting their website to a mobile format, so we can rent their services from the palm of our hand anytime, anywhere. In this way, by downloading the app's APK file, we can rent vehicles, book car sharing and hire rides with a driver.

SIXT is the official car rental app. It has three main services:

• Digital car and van rental directly from the app worldwide.
• Transport with driver by taxi, VTC and limousine service with vehicles of different characteristics.
• Car sharing for sharing cars and motorcycles (currently only available in Berlin).

In addition, the app has an intuitive interface that allows us to hire the service we want in seconds. It includes, among other things, a search engine with detailed filters, information and locations of the company's more than 2,200 branches, customization options for reservations and data on the selected services.

It also shows us prices at all times and secure payment options so we don't have to carry cash with us. On the other hand, a very interesting detail of this app is that whenever we request a ride with a driver, we'll see where he is located. And when we go to the airport, you will receive information about possible flight delays.
