99 - Private Driver and Taxi is an application for Android devices that can be used to call a taxi or a car with a private driver depending on your needs.

Public transport has changed a lot in recent years with the development of platforms like Uber and Lyft, which have caused much controversy by breaking into a regulated business model with their own rules (or lack thereof) and the help of technology. At least that's what the guys behind 99 - Private Driver and Taxi think, and that's why they released an application for Android that brings both services together. In other words, it's an app that allows us to call a taxi or order a car with a private driver like Uber, depending on what we need.

How does 99 work?

How it works is very simple, you just have to register as a user and follow these steps:

1. Step 1: Choose your destination on the map based on your GPS location.
2. Step 2: Choose the type of transport. You can opt for a car with a private driver, a TOP value car with a driver, or a regular taxi (remember that unlike private vehicles, taxis can drive in dedicated lanes).
3. Step 3: Wait for your transport.
4. Step 4: Choose your payment method. You can use the credit card, PayPal or a discount code in the app. You can also use cash or a traditional bank card.

This service includes over 150,000 registered maps displayed in real-time according to our current location. In addition, we can see information about our driver and reviews from other users.

We must keep in mind that this service is only available in Brazil. Therefore, by installing the APK, you can order a ride in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or Salvador de Bahía. If you're looking for a car in another country, you're better off with a different type of app.
