How to find your ideal weight

By downloading the apk file of aktiBMI we have at our disposal a simple tool with which we can calculate Body Mass Index or BMI (BMI). So you can see at a glance whether you are overweight, normal or underweight.

Using this app is as simple as entering your weight, height, age and gender. The system uses this information to calculate BMI and displays the results in a colour-coded form.

Also, this app helps us keep track of our weight over time. By tracking our weight regularly, we can determine if our diet and exercise are working to meet our goals. On the other hand, we can also indicate our desired weight so that the app can tell us if we are closer to our goal (or not).
