They say you are what you eat. So if you want to be good, you have to eat better. And Yuka, an app that lets you know how good what you're eating before you buy it, can help.

All nutritional information simply by scanning the barcode

This application features a barcode reader that scans the barcode of any product to determine its nutritional values ​​and if it contains any additives that you should avoid. This way we can find out how many calories, sugars, fats, carbohydrates or salt are in everything we put in our mouths.

Everything that is scanned is recorded in our personal history and given different color codes that indicate the quality of the food. In this way we can see how healthy our daily diet is in proportion: excellent, good, fair or bad. This information is compared to data from Open Food Facts.

But the app isn't just limited to groceries. Yuka also provides comprehensive information on the cosmetic and hygiene products we use (creams, bath gels, shampoos, shaving foams, etc.) so that the care we take about our diet can also be applied to our external care.
