The way Casual Dieting APK works is quite simple. To record your weight, simply tap the red button and enter the relevant data. There is also an option to add body mass percentage.

The interface shows you with a nice drawing whether you have lost or gained weight (or whether your weight has stayed the same). You will then see a graph showing how your weight has evolved over time.

All data is automatically entered into the diary by date. Each journal entry can be decorated with cute stickers of the app's mascots and icons. And you can even write a text or a comment.
