Do you want to send messages to your friends, but you don't have internet? The Serval Mesh app allows you to send messages between devices over WiFi

Messenger without internet connection

In recent years, we have become very dependent on instant messaging apps to communicate. However, most only run with an internet connection. But what if we don't have internet? Well, that's not a problem because we can keep communicating with the help of this simple app.

P2P offline communication

Serval Mesh is a free P2P communication app that allows us to communicate through our mobile phones when we don't have an internet connection. In this way we can send messages and make calls using the WiFi network.

In other words, you don't need internet to call or send messages, but the devices must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. In other words, the key to making it work is for the cell phones to be within range of the same WiFi network.

One of the main advantages of this app is that no root is required. What's more, downloading the APK file is completely free. Of course, this is experimental software, so users might notice some programming errors.

Requirements and further information:

  • Minimum operating system requirements: Android 2.2.
