If you're looking for a personal workout plan that's aligned with your goals and tailored specifically for a woman's physique, FitCoach for Android is an app for women who want to lose weight, get fit, and learn healthier habits to feel great without losing weight having to go to the gym.

This personal trainer must be configured using the necessary data to create a 60-day plan tailored to the needs of each woman and to create an exercise calendar.

First steps

To get started, just follow these steps. After that, the app will show a payment plan with a weekly amount that varies depending on the duration of the training plan:

1. Step 1: Set a primary goal (lose weight, build muscle, or postpartum recovery).
2. Step 2: Choose which body areas you want to work on.
3. Step 3: Introduce information about your usual daily movement.
4. Step 4: Add the required personal information such as age, weight, height, physical condition...
5. Step 5: the intelligent algorithm suggests a training plan for strength, cardio and recovery.

After the chosen payment (far too high in our opinion), the user has access to a training plan that suits his needs and includes more than 300 exercises that are updated over time. However, we believe that there are other training apps and plans that are much better, free or at least more affordable and therefore much more attractive.
