The interface is extremely intuitive and offers us a very easy-to-use tool. The number of practice rounds and the working and rest times can be set via the main menu.

Once we've designed a workout, we can save it so we can repeat the same session at any time. In addition, we can use the app in the background and with the screen blocked. It also supports music playback and you can hear the notes above the songs. Additional audios are also available for notifications, or the option to set silent notifications or vibration.
