Once we've decided to get in shape, define our body lines, or lose weight, we need a plan and a way to stay motivated. By downloading the APK file of this tool we'll be able to access a free program of personalized workouts with different levels of difficulty to be able to lose weight through training exercises at home.

NoxFit is an app that turns our home into a gym. To use them we just have to create a profile by entering our physical characteristics and our goals.

The system uses this information to create exercise routines adapted to our level and goals. Each program is divided into 30 days. On each day we see the series of exercises to be performed and the time it takes to do them. In addition, it contains rest days and articles with interesting information about our goal.

Each exercise is accompanied by detailed explanations and animations. In this way we can do the exercises with the right technique as if we were working out with a personal trainer.

When we start our daily training, we are guided at all times by voice, sounds and videos. Of course, if we stop exercising halfway through the workout, the app will resort to emotional blackmail so that we continue the workout program to the end.

If we want to train at home without spending money on trainers or equipment, this app can be a good start. In addition, it contains other functions, e.g. B. Notifications reminding us to drink water, tips for a healthier lifestyle, tracking of calories burned, pedometer and daily activity tracking.
