The Russian social network par excellence

Although you may not believe us, there is life beyond Facebook and Twitter as far as social media is concerned. Its name is an abbreviation of Vkontakte, developed by Pavel Durov. Does the name mean anything to you? He should, because you probably have his chatting and messaging application installed: Telegram Messenger. This guy looks like he wants to fight Facebook in every business along with his brother Nikolái (remember, Zuckerberg also owns WhatsApp).

It can easily be compared to the North American social network for the way it works and the features it offers the user. It applies a similar concept of communication, but it also includes other features that bring it closer to other online services such as the video streaming site YouTube or the music playback site Pandora.

From its official APK, developed for Android smartphones and tablets, it offers us everything we need to be able to interact with the rest of its users, our own network of friends and contacts, and access all the content offered on this platform. It offers us this series of functions and features:
