Google's social network for professional users

Google has replaced its previous business network, Google, with a new social network called Google Currents. The service aims to facilitate the connection between work colleagues and company management through a simple application with a design inspired by material design.

The boom in remote working has led to improvements in the software necessary for communication between colleagues, companies or customers, such as professional messaging services such as Slack or video conferencing apps such as Google Meet or Zoom, putting the internet giant in a tight spot is to offer its own service for its G Suite customers.
