In the free version of the tool we'll have access to weekly plans for beginners, in which we'll be shown short routines that we can follow through timed animations. A very good feature of this app is that we'll be able to see the part of the body that we're training at any moment.

In addition, we can also supplement our training with targeted diets, be it to burn fat, increase our muscle mass, get stronger, lose weight or whatever. In each diet we find a complete weekly plan organized by meals and hours.
