There are many unofficial clients for Twitter. One of them is Tweet Balloon, which as a peculiarity offers us the possibility of accessing the timeline or a specific hashtag from anywhere in Android, no matter what you're doing.

• Consult your tweets or retweets.

As an added functionality, this application allows you to insert either your timeline or a hashtag into a virtual speech bubble. This element remains floating on the screen at the position you specify. This gives you quick access to Twitter when you need it, even when you're watching a video or browsing.

However, this application hasn't been supported since 2014 and its operation can be very unstable today (it's even surprising that it's still working).
