7 Minute Workout for Android smartphones is a really simple fitness app that allows users to carry out high-intensity training sessions of just 7 minutes.

Although it's been a long time since 7 Minute Workout won the Best Health and Fitness App of 2016 award, the app is still very popular in this space. Why? We assume that it has to do with many users' lack of time when exercising or simply because they don't like sports and these short routines help them not to feel bad lying around all day.

This service is said to have helped over three million people lose weight and improve their heart rate thanks to its high-intensity workouts lasting just seven minutes: a quick and complete workout.

What is this 7 minute workout about?

Calm down. Each workout includes 12 exercises of 30 seconds each and 10 seconds of rest between each. Also, it doesn't need any additional fitness equipment such as weights or mats: we only need our own body and sometimes a chair or a wall. And if you have enough time, you can repeat each routine up to three times.
